EmpowHERed events bring together a group of influential, professional women to discuss the severity of gender inequality in the workplace, the negative implications for business, the challenges and barriers that women leaders face, offer tools and strategies that can be integrated immediately to overcome these barriers, and provide a safe space for women to discuss these challenges and brainstorm potential solutions. Participants will also have the opportunity to network and engage with other senior level women in a variety of industries, including financial services, law, and communications.

Women In Leadership Breakfast: Personal Branding & Elevator Pitch
While leadership is key to organizational success, women are not always equally represented. Women tend to rise to middle management and then halt being promoted, with even fewer women representing on boards and as members of the C-suite.
EmpowHERed is bringing together a group of influential, professional women to discuss the severity of gender inequality in the workplace, the negative implications for business, and the challenges and barriers that women leaders face. Tools and strategies will be covered that can be integrated immediately to overcome these barriers and provide recommendations on how organizations can support women leaders to make lasting change. Participants will also have the opportunity to network and engage with other senior level women in a variety of industries including financial services, law, and communications.
This breakfast will focus on the critical topics of Personal Branding and The Elevator Pitch. We will offer a presentation on personal branding and elevator pitch tips. Then, participants will have an opportunity to provide their pitch in 30 seconds and receive feedback from other participants.

Details: A 90-minute session, 8:30 to 8:45 a.m. breakfast, 8:45 to 9:30 a.m. programming, and 9:30 to 10:00 a.m. networking
